Prescriptions are typically issued during an in person consultation and a plan put in place for repeat prescription requests. Please be aware that your prescription request may be subject to rejection if it is determined that you need to attend a consultation with the doctor or nurse or have monitoring blood tests, a BP check, ECG or make an appointment for ‘CDM’ (Chronic Disease Management). This is to ensure your treatment remains safe and appropriate for your current health needs. If this applies to your request, our team will contact you by phone or text.
